PAYMENT

We accept the following as forms of payment: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Affirm, Google Pay, and BitPay

SHIPPING

How long will it take to ship my item?  Typically, your product will ship within 7-10 business days, however due to Covid-19 some items might take longer to ship. 

How do I track my order?  When your product has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you do not receive a tracking number 5 days after purchase, please contact us.

RETURNS

What is your return policy? We will accept returns up to 30 days after you receive your physical product for a full refund if your product is unused, unworn, and in good condition. After 30 days, you will receive store credit as long as the item is in good condition. 

We do not accept returns on branded merchandise, or customized physical products unless the item is defective. 

Defective Items: Please fill out the return form here to complete your return. 

Changed Mind: Please fill out the return form here to complete your return of your physical product.

Can I exchange my item? Yes! We will honor exchanges up to 30 days after you receive your physical product. 

For clothing: You may exchange your clothing item for the same item in a different size or color.

For other physical products: You may exchange your item for something of equal or lesser value. There will not be a refund for the price difference.
