The Edward Anne Estate is paradise found with its charm and natural opulence, featuring exposed beams, stunning chandeliers, and stone fireplaces. Constructed as an annex to the Estate, the Ballroom fuses elements of a tent, pavilion, and conservatory with floor-to-ceiling glass. Fully climate controlled, the ballroom is a blank slate and completely customizable, so you’ll be able to ensure a comfortable, custom and captivating experience for your guests.

The details and finishes all throughout the Estate are elegant and luxurious, perfect for the backgrounds of your portraits and capturing candid moments. Each room provides a different aesthetic:
- The lower level is entirely exposed rock with natural wood beams. Think of a dapper cigar lounge with dark leather furniture, billiards, and a swanky bar.
